OUR STORY

A reinvented classic

The principles of Kukuchurro date back to the town of Estepa in the 19th century, where our great-grandfather, D. Rafael Jiménez Pérez, founded the chocolate factory that would bear his name. Around 1915, he introduced electric machinery, making his product more competitive in price and less susceptible to imitation, which is why he stamped his portrait on every ounce of chocolate.

This “industrial revolution” made his chocolates one of the most consumed in Seville.
